Michael Lambert

Owner

Michael Lambert set up Lambert Surveyors in 2012 having previously held the position of Associate with Kerrigan Sheanon Newman Chartered Quantity Surveyors. Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and qualified with a degree in Quantity Surveying from DIT Bolton Street in 1998.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience and has worked on some major projects in all sectors. Refer to projects section for a full list of projects.

  • B.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying - 1998 (D.I.T., Bolton Street, Dublin)
  • Diploma in Construction Economics - 1998 (D.I.T., Bolton Street, Dublin)
  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - 2007 (MRICS)
  • Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland - 2007 (MSCSI)

James Brophy

Director

James Brophy joined Lambert Surveyors in 2014 as a Senior Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience having previously worked with Davis Langdon in Brisbane, KMCS Quantity Surveyors and Bruce Shaw Partnership.

James has worked on some major projects in Australia including Brisbane City Hall, Queensland Main Road Infrastructure, Gold Coast Private Hospital, Griffith College Development, Unley Shopping Centre, Port Pirie High School, Tyrellstown Shopping centre, HSE Community Nursing Units, Thomand Park Re-development, Spencer Dock Redevelopment.

James is experienced in Buildsoft, Cubit, CostX, CATO estimating systems.

    Paul Sullivan

    Senior Construction Cost Consultant

    Paul Sullivan joined Lambert Surveyors in 2013 as an Assistant Surveyor, having graduated with a 2:1 degree in Construction Economics and Management from DIT, Bolton Street in 2012. Prior to joining Lambert Surveyors, Paul worked as a Site Surveyor for a large RC Concrete company.

    Paul has worked on some large projects such as Rapid Build Schools 2012 – 2014; Kildare Village, Cherry Orchard Hospital, Dunlavin National School, Fitouts for Xilinx Ireland and numerous one off houses.
