The Bank Monitoring role is to provide impartial advice by undertaking reviews and appraisals of the construction funding. We complete an initial audit/appraisal of the project and identify the risks that are of relevance to the client. Once funding is approved and the project is underway the Bank Monitor will assess the performance of the Contractor and Design team and Consultants, analyse expenditure and complete a report to summarise.
